WEBX - Weymouth Business Exchange members are celebrating as the business networking group reaches the milestone mark of £1m in business referrals for its members.
WEBX was launched in April of 2014 for local businesses to network and generate business for one another through business referrals.
The philosophy of Weymouth Business Exchange - WEBX is:
"If I help you find the business, you are likely to want to help me find business"
Each member uses the other members as their sales team to recommend their business or services, this has accumulated in over £1m of business referrals through the group's members.
WEBX meet each Tuesday* at Weymouth Pavilion for friendly and relaxed networking enjoyed with a Full English breakfast.
Each member of the group, lead by the chair, are given the opportunity in a 1-minute slot to share with the rest of the meeting what their business services, and what current referrals they are looking for.
Information, ideas, contacts, help & support are all things you’ll find at WEBX along with a very warm welcome & an environment that is conducive to growing your business and achieving your aims & objectives.
Spending time with like-minded business people is invaluable especially in a friendly atmosphere where you can share your successes or the way you do things. You will soon realise that you’re not alone.
